How do I place an order?

If you like what we have on line just click and buy. Once your order is placed, you will be notified by email for confirmation. Your order will be delivered on time to the confirmed address. If you have further inquiries, please contact us through email or phone. We are happy to help you in any way. Payment methods available: Cash or PayPal.

How much time do I need to place an order?

If you are placing a weekly order, please contact us at least two days in advance. If you like a dish from our Daily Menu selection, your order must be placed, one day before the delivery.

How do I order the products that are not priced at the store?

At our store you will find the most popular choices. Also, Poro y Papa offers a great variety of additional dishes. Call us at 5281 6956 or 55 3111 3160 or send us an email to poroypapa@gmail.com so we can send you a quote and menu options that meet your specific needs.

Is there an extra cost for delivery?

Your delivery is free of charge in Polanco, Interlomas or La Herradura. Also, if your place an order above $800 MN within the Metropolitan area. For all other orders, a minimum charge for delivery is applicable.

How many people can I order for?

We have the adequate personnel to serve and cook for all the people you want to pamper during your special event.
